Adam brings 14+ years of experience in leading large-scale investment and financing projects across Africa. With deep expertise in navigating African financial markets, he has held pivotal roles in corporate institutions, managing large scale investment activity including mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, listings, and restructurings. Adam was Head of Investment at a London Stock Exchange premium-listed firm, overseeing a portfolio of USD 850 million across nine African countries. Prior to this, he served as Development Director for a Johannesburg Stock Exchange-listed real estate company, managing pan-African investments. His strong understanding of the African business landscape, combined with expertise in investment, finance, governance, and regulatory matters, enables him to deliver tailored financial solutions that drive sustainable growth.
Jaco Van Zyl

Jaco is a seasoned finance professional with 18 years of experience in senior financial management, corporate finance, and treasury operations across sectors such as aviation, mining, and real estate in Africa. As former Head of Treasury for a London Stock Exchange-listed real estate firm, he led Africa’s largest sustainability-linked syndicated debt facility, valued at USD 306 million, in 2022. He brings expertise in liquidity management, financial modeling, budgeting, and hedging, optimizing financial performance across diverse geographies. Jaco holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, an Honours degree from the University of South Africa, and is a Chartered Accountant and Affiliate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. His strategic vision continues to shape corporate finance initiatives across the continent.
